I am originally from a small rural town in Perry County, Indiana. I have been a resident of the Evansville, Indiana area since I started my undergraduate degree at USI in 1992. I completed an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services and Radiologic and Imaging Sciences in 2003. I hold a Master of Science degree in Education (also from USI), which I finished in 2009. In 2022, I completed my Doctor of Education Degree at USI. My professional practice has been done primarily in a hospital setting, but I have also worked in a surgery center, a private orthopedic office, and at the county morgue. When I am not teaching or practicing radiology, I spend my time with my family. I enjoy reading books, watching good movies, and spending time outdoors.
