Mr. Joshua D. Stallings

Josh Stallings is a sound/lighting designer and composer who joined the USI staff/faculty in 2019. Previously, Josh spent the last seven years in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota where he most recently worked as a freelance designer and technician across theatre, television, music, and corporate production. Prior to that, he was the staff Master Electrician/Head of Sound for a 600-seat producing theatre in Saint Paul, MN and worked as a sound and lighting technician for a large touring production company. In addition to his work with the theatre department, he coordinates the Performance Center for all external and internal events.

Josh graduated from the University of Evansville where he received his BS in Theatre Design and Technology with an Associated Study in Music Theory and a Certificate of Jazz Studies.
