Biography
Michael Harshbarger is currently the director of the Mt. Vernon-Black Township Parks and Recreation Department. Previously he worked for he St. Louis Lions and the Tony Glavin Soccer Club. He lives in Mt. Vernon, Indiana with his wife and two children.
