Bio
I am a doctorally prepared nurse educator and scholar. I have 35 years of healthcare experience inclusive of clinical nursing practice, administration, education, and research. I have held a variety of positions including staff nurse, clinical educator, administrative supervisor, department manager, project director, consultant, academic nursing faculty, and program director/administrator. I am passionate about educating nursing and healthcare leaders to meet the needs of the current healthcare delivery system and contributing meaningful scholarly work to inform and impact professional nursing practice.
