Bio

Dr. Perry Burnett is an associate professor of economics in the Department of Economics and Marketing at the Romain College of Business.  His primary research areas are in urban and regional economics and the economics of religion.  Dr. Burnett's research has been published in leading international journals, such as the Journal of Regional Science,  Land Economics, Social Indicators Research and the Journal of Policy Modeling. 

Dr. Burnett's expertise is also sought after by local and international organizations such as the Aloca Corporation, Vectern Corporation, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, Indiana Economic Development Association, and the Department of Metropolitan Development. 

Dr. Burnett has won multiple teaching awards and currently serves as the Curricula Management and Assessment Coordinator.
